about shirley 

 Shirley has a passion for working one on one with clients of different fitness levels.  Seasoned athletes to weekend warriors, because of her knowledge Shirley can adapt your experience to a variety of fitness goals.  She specializes in fascial stretch therapy, the trigger point therapy system, posture analysis through pilates techniques and the titleist performance institute evaluation and program.

 

Shirley is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS in health education / emphasis in exercise physiology and a minor in nutrition.   Shirley is certified in fascial stretch therapy under Stretch to Win, certified through the Titliest Performance Institute / fitness professional level 3, NCK certified Pilates and certified in the Trigger Point Therapy System.

 

Shirley was coached by her father during her early sporting years and in 1979 was a part of the Tulsa Arch Rival softball team winning the ASA National Championship.  She played on the OSU fastpitch softball team on a four year scholarship.  Later after college, she studied golf  under Hal Underwood, Richard Cromwell, Jack Burke, Dick Harmon, Carol Mann, Tom Martty and Kevin Kirk.  Shirley competed in local, state and national amateur golf  championships for over 10 years.
