Stretch to Win. Our movement and structure begins with the fascia throughout our body. The health of this fascia influences our structure, shape, posture, and function. FST primary focus is improving movement through our natural planes of motion.

What is pilates?
Pilates is a method of movement originally developed by Joseph Pilates in the late 1800's. Pilates concepts and techniques help target areas of weakness in our posture in everyday movement. Our primary emphasis is learning how to use our core more efficiently when the body is put under load through walking, running, lifting, carrying heavy objects... and yes in swinging a golf club.
What is TPI?
The Titleist performance institute program,TPI, starts with an evaluation of your overall body movement and how this movement relates to your golf swing. The evaluation take about an hour to complete and consists of measuring your strength , power, flexibility and balance. This information will be used in the design of your golf exercise program. Then you can Logon to the TPI website anytime to down load your personal golf exercises program.
form follows function
"it is the pervading law of all things organic and inorganic,
of all things physical and metaphysical,
of all things human and all things super-human,
of all true manifestations of the head,
of the heart,
of the soul,
that the life is recognizable in its expression,
that form ever follows function.
this is the law"
- Louis Sullivan
an american architect
"We are individually unique in how our bodies move through life. Over time inefficient movement can create pain in joints and discomfort in tendons and muscles. Biomechanically correct movement and layering in other innovative techniques like FST-fascial stretch therapy, pilates core strengthing, TPI evaluations and trigger point therapy can help us become more efficient human movers."
